You can fly via Larnaca with all main carriers BA, Cyprus Airways, Monarch. Or you can fly direct to Ercan with Turkish airlines.We can arrange your transfers and car hire. Transfer from Larnaca costs from £90 for up to 4 persons and £120 for up to six persons. For larger party sizes two taxis will be required. You pay for your transfers and car hire on arrival. Transfers from Ercan airport are free with car hire.
We do not recommend hiring a car in Larnaca for use in the North due to Insurance problems. We can arrange car hire for you or you can do it yourself. Note that our prices quote CDW, there are no extras. You pay on arrival in Stirling.
The Journey time from Ercan is 45 mins and from Larnaca 1hr 20 mins. Allow extra time for traffic to Larnaca on your return trip at busy times.
The Villa has a key box and the code will be provided when you book your holiday.
There is a Zanussi washing machine on the first floor landing. An iron and ironing board are provided. Due to the warm weather year round a dryer is not necessary.
Each of the king size bedrooms has a hair dryer
A safe is provided for storeage of important documents.
A dongle is provided for internet access and can be credited at any Lemar store. Alternatively you can use one of the many internet cafes.
Lira is freely used but stirling, Euros, Dollars are accepted everywhere. However shops don't give you a great deal so take English money with you and change it at a Doviz "exchange". You will get a much better deal than anywhere in the UK or the local Cypriot shops.

The villa is a 45 min walk from the town centre./ harbour, There are several restaurants and a leisure centre nearby.
A change of linen will be provided on request for stays of 11 or more days. The property manager will arrange a suitable time for collection. If required cleaning can be provided during your stay for a small additional charge.
The nearest public beach is Karvasayay. This is approx 2miles West by the Deniziki hotel. The Karvan restaurant serves lovely Fajitas and the sunsets are to die for. Further along is Escape Beach which has a beautiful shallow bay. There is a diving school "Amphora"and water sports. Use the diving entrance at the far end to avoid a charge. Try dives are great fun. PADI courses are really good value.
The Korineum Golf & Country club is 20 min drive o the West on the coast road to Esentepe. Buggies and clubs can be hired.
Offices can be found on the harbour, but you will find various leaflets in the villa.
Our property manager will deal with any problems for you. A call out charge will be incurred for the following. Water & Electric common faults The Water pump occasionally faults - once a month or so causing the tap water to stop. We provide clear instruction on resetting this. Power surges can trip the switches causing power failure. We provide clear instructions on resetting these. These are really simple to resolve and calling the property manager is unecessary. Toilets Be careful not to use excessive tissue or flush sanitary products which may block the toilet or drain.
