Villa Booking Terms & Conditions Jasmine Villa
1. General
Guests undertake to keep the Villa and all furniture,
fixtures, fittings and effects in or on the premises in
the same state of repair and condition as at the
commencement of the holiday and also undertake to leave
the premises in a reasonable state of cleanliness and
general order in which it was found. The villa should be
compensated for any damage and breakages that may occur
(fair wear and tear excepted). You should leave a note
of any breakages. A security bond of £150 is
payable and held for the duration of your holiday.
This will be refunded the week following your holiday.
2. Bookings
Subject to availability of the accommodation requested,
bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
The accommodation may only be used by the persons named
on the booking form. The number in the party must not
exceed that which was booked as the villa rentals are
calculated on occupancy.
3. Payment
A
deposit of 20% of the total cost is required to secure a
booking. The balance is due at least eight weeks before
the commencement of the holiday plus £150 security bond.
Any damage or excess use of utilities will be deducted
from the bond. The full cost of the holiday is payable
on any booking made within eight weeks of the date
booked. 50% of the fee relates to management services.
4. Cancellation
If the guest finds it necessary to cancel the holiday
before the final balance is due he should inform the
owners immediately who will then endeavour to re - let
the villa. If the villa is re - let the deposit will be
retumed less an administration fee of £50. In the event
that the villa is not re - let then, unfortunately, all
monies paid are forfeit and the person booking the
holiday will be liable for the full cost of the booking.
If the guest finds it necessary to cancel the holiday
after the final balance becomes due, whether or not the
final balance has been paid, then unless the villa is
re-let the guest will be liable for the full cost of the
holiday. We strongly advise that you take out holiday
insurance against cancellation.
5. Arrival/Departure
Guests are requested to arrive at the Villa after 3.00pm
on the day of arrival and, to assist us in ensuring the
villa is ready for arrival of new guests, depart before
10.00am on the day of departure.
6. Pets
Please contact the owner.
7. Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the Villa. You will lose
your deposit if evidence of smoking is found.
8. Complaints & Problems
Jasmine Villa tries to do everything possible to create
an environment for an enjoyable holiday but occasionally
things can go wrong. If you do encounter a problem
during your stay you should contact our villa manager
who will resolve this for you. Please make any complaint
during occupation of the villa and they will do what we
can to resolve the matter. It is regretted that no
correspondence can be entered into in the case of
complaint upon departure of after your return home, when
it will surely be appreciated that it is quite
impossible for the problems to be effectively
investigated or corrected. Our property manager will
deal with any problems for you.
A call out charge will be incurred for the following:
Water & Electric common faults
The Water pump occasionally faults - once a month or so
causing the tap water to stop. We provide clear
instruction on resetting this. Power surges can trip
the fuse box switches causing power failure. Again We
provide clear instructions on resetting this. These are
really simple to resolve and calling the property
manager out is unecessary.
Toilets
Be careful not to use excessive tissue or flush sanitary
products, nappies or baby wipes which may block the toilet or drain.
9. Liability
The proprietors do not accept liability for loss or
damage to personal property brought to the villa,
however caused. The proprietors do not accept liability
for any personal injury sustained by guests or visitors
to the villa, however caused.
10.Change of Linen/Towels
A change of clean linen and towels will be provided
during a let of two weeks on request to the property
manager. The property manager will agree a day to pick
up the used linen. Please discuss any special
requirements with the property manager. For holiday
periods less than 13 days a change of linen / towels are
not provided.
Additional cleaning can be provided during your stay at
additional charge/ on request (£50.00 charge).
Wintersun longstay getaway deal Change of Linen is
included and will be provided. Additional Laundry and
cleaning can be arranged if required for additional
charge.
11. Provisions
On request the management firm provide a list of
groceries especially useful if arriving late.
A small pack is £19.50 and includes a 10L spring water
. A large pack costs £25. The villa has a water
dispenser and water can be pre-ordered at £4.50 per 10
litre drum. A drum is included with any welcome pack.
12. Cot hire & High chair hire
The management company provide a cot/ high chair rental
on a first come first served basis. This is £10 per
item per week. Baby sitting can be organised with the
management company on request.
13.
Utilities
For
Summer rentals the
owners provide utilities which are easily sufficient for
reasonable and sensible use. See table. Use
of utilities beyond these amounts may incurr an
additional charge.
Wintersun Gettaway special deal - The rental is £799 for
any period up to 4 weeks. The renter is
responsible for payment of utilities
A
utilities deposit of £80pw is taken for the stay (£320).
Any unused amount will be refunded, any excess use will
be charged.

ENERGY MANAGEMENT ADVISORY: Keep all windows/doors
closed when using air conditioning. Keep the
heat out, even in the evenings it can be warmer
outside than inside
the villa. Do not leave lights on unnecessarily

total combined weekly allowance for gas/electric is
given in the above table.
CENTRAL
HEATING:
A/C
units can be used on the heat cycle and should suffice
early morning or in the evenings in late spring / early
winter when the villa may require a small boost.
Central heating can be activated and is thermostatically
controlled via control panel in the hallway. Turn off
radiators in unused rooms. Recommend using CH for
two hours in AM and AC heat as and when required at
other times. Although Electricity is very
expensive the AC heaters have an efficiency of 3.5.
giving a KWhr heating cost of around 7- 8 pence
per KWt.
In the
unlikely event that an excess is used a charge may be
made at the owners discretion at the rates shown above.
(Rates may alter but will be representative of the
actual cost).
The
electric meter is on the front wall of the house. The
water meter is in the driveway. The gas meter is in the
outhouse next to the garage.
