Villa Bexame Booking Conditions
1. General
Guests undertake to keep Villa Bexame and all furniture,
fixtures, fittings and effects in or on the premises in
the same state of repair and condition as at the
commencement of the holiday and also undertake to leave
the premises in a reasonable state of cleanliness and
general order in which it was found. The villa should be
compensated for any damage and breakages that may occur
(fair wear and tear excepted).
2.
Bookings
Subject to availability of the accommodation requested,
bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
The accommodation may only be used by the persons named
on the booking form. The number in the party must not
exceed that which was booked.
A
deposit of 20% of the total cost is required to secure a
booking. The balance is due at least eight weeks before
the commencement of the holiday plus £100 security
deposit. The full cost of the holiday is payable on any
booking made within eight weeks of the date booked. .
60% of the fee is for rental of the property and the
remainder for management services.
4. Cancellation
If the guest finds it necessary to cancel the holiday before
the final balance is due he should inform Bexame villa
immediately who will then endeavour to re - let the villa.
If the villa is re - let the deposit will be retumed less an
administration fee of £50. In the event that the villa is
not re - let then, unfortunately, all monies paid are
forfeit and the person booking the holiday will be liable
for the full cost of the booking. If the guest finds it
necessary to cancel the holiday after the final balance
becomes due, whether or not the final balance has been paid,
then unless the villa is re-let the guest will be liable for
the full cost of the holiday. We strongly advise that you
take out holiday insurance against cancellation.
5. Arrival/Departure
Guests are requested to arrive at Bexame Villa after
3.00pm on
the day of arrival and, to assist us in ensuring the villa
is ready for arrival of new guests, depart before 10.00am on
the day of departure.
6. Pets
No pets
allowed
7. Smoking
For the benefit of non - smokers, we ask guests not to smoke
inside Bexame Villa.
8.
Complaints
Bexame
Villa tries to do everything possible to create an
environment for an enjoyable holiday but occasionally things
can go wrong. Please make any complaint during occupation of
the villa and we will do what we can to resolve the matter.
It is regretted that no correspondence can be entered into
in the case of complaint upon departure of after your return
home, when it will surely be appreciated that it is quite
impossible for the problems to be effectively investigated
or corrected.
9. Liability
The
proprietors do not accept liability for loss or damage to
personal property brought to the villa, however caused. The
proprietors do not accept liability for any personal injury
sustained by guests or visitors to the villa, however
caused.

Arrival at Villa Bexame is from 3.00 P.M on the day of arrival
and the Villa must be vacated by 10.00AM on the day of
departure.
The minimum letting period is one week. In other
months letting fees for part
weeks are calculated on a pro-rata basis.
When a letting overlaps two or more months which are on a
different tariff then the letting fee is calculated on a

Special rates are available for lets six
weeks or longer for December, January February and March.
Booking
A deposit
of 20% of the total fee is payable on booking. The balance is
payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Receipt of your deposit will
be acknowledged by post.
Refundable
Bond
This is
£100 per booking against breakages or damage. It is payable with
the balance of your payment 8 weeks prior to departure. It is
returned to you one week after the end of your holiday. In the
event of cancellation it is always refunded.

Children
We have a
young family of our own so children are welcome. However
parents should be aware that when outside the children must be
supervised at all times.
Insurance
