Bellapais is two miles east from the villa perched in the besparamak mountains with commanding views. Really worth a visit, there are several restaurants. One of the nicest spots in North Cyprus |

Cathedral in Famagusta North Cyprus
A day trip to Famagusta / Salamis is recommended.
Amazing battlements and architecture. There's a super little patisserie near Othello's gate in Famagusta. About 1 hr drive from the villa. |

Kyrenia harbour
A delightful horseshoe harbour encased with the venetian walled castle. A wonderful atmosphere. You can book your boat trips paragliding and diving here. |

Five finger mountain

Approx ten minute walk from Villa jasmine
8 Lanes with refreshments & drinks available. 4D rides, pool ans fun play area in the amusement centre below. A cocktail bar and restaurant as well. |

Escape beach
Amphora Diving are located at the far end. Wonder down here to avoid the beach entrance fee. Have a try dive or do a pADI course, Manta rays, Amberjack, moray, Groupa, Dolphins.Octopus

Buffavento Castle
Truly wonderful experience, views to die for, The three crusader castles Kantara , St Hilarion and Buffavento are at the highest points of the mountain range.
Approx 500 steps to the top. A single track road leads to Buffavento with no kerbs and sheer drops, so it's a nervous drive. |

Museum
On the road going west and sited where the invasion occurred. Range of Armoured vehicles and artillery used in the invasion 1974. I have not been in the museum itself, but have been told it is not for children as there are some graphic pictures. |

Kyrenia market
Great deals on veg and fruit, clothes. odds and ends. Every Wednesday just off the main road behind Arcelic & electric sub sytation and near the municipality |

Kyrenia Castle
An imposing castle sheltering the harbour, this picture was taken on a boat trip organised ion the harbour. these include fish lunch & mezze stooping off along the coast for swims/ views. Escape beach is a common berth. |

A key nesting point for turtles. Nice sandy safe beach for a swim. 5 miles east of Kyrenia |

St Hilarion castle
Sitting above villa Jasmine. It's well worth a visit and the drive is nice and gentle, no frills. |

St Mamas Guzelyurt
On the west coast. This is the centre of the Island's main farming area. A gentle breeze refreshingly breathes on the coastline here. |

There's a great mini Grand prix circuit - turn right at the roundabout at Nicosia, then about a ten min drive west towards Guzelyurt |
