The villa is fully equipped.  Items you won't find elsewhere as standard include:

Immaculate villa in upper Kyrenia and unsurpassed views and location. Kyrenia is at the centre, the beating heart of northern Cyprus.  You can pretty much get anywhere within 20 minutes, Nicosia, Aligadi beach, Korineum golf club.  But at night when you come back to the villa you're in easy reach of all the restaurants and shops.

Full air conditioning and central heating.  the evenings in Cyprus can be fresh even in April.

Impressive 200M2 villa, and because of its size is not open plan.  4 bedrooms comfortably sleeping a maximum of 8 persons.  We don't do sofa beds.

The villa has 10 tonnes of water storage on site and its own generator.  Some villas only have 2 tonnes and if this is the case you may run out.  Mains water is available once or twice  a week in North Cyprus when the storage tanks are replenished.  Frequent power outages mean you may lose the contents of your fridge if you don't have a generator and in winter you'll have no heating.

Bexame villa has digiturk satellite tv which is the standard in North Cyprus.  There are numerous English channels including News BBC prime and films.  In addition, a music centre, DVD and XBOX and games.

The villa has a professional Kettler table tennis table and darts in the garage.
